Duties include overseeing the day to day operations of a small business.

Overseeing ENG packages shot by BNVN Stringers of breaking news events. Training of freelance videographer to shoot, edit and upload via NLE over the internet.

Designed and setup an FTP network hub server for video distribution to feed broadcast quality footage from the field to virtually any TV network around the world for the BNVN stringers.

Facilitate and distribute breaking news footage to various networks such as The Weather Channel, CNN, Network News Service, ABC News One, CBS New York, NBC Broadcast Ops New Jersey, King World Inside Edition and APTN London.

Setup the BNVN Stock Video Archive for broadcast and non broadcast productions which is now handled by Conus Archive.

On call videographer for the Minneapolis Market on an as needed basis as well as field photographer as needed for major events.
